Virgin Hotels Nashville will begin accommodating guests this summer.

Five years after initially announcing they’d be entering the Nashville market, Virgin Hotels is now set to take reservations.

Virgin Hotels, the lifestyle hotel brand by Virgin Group founder Sir Richard Branson, announced this week that reservations for Virgin Hotels Nashville are being accepted beginning May 3.

The hotel will be located at the corner of Division Street and Music Square W. The hotel joins iconic Music Row, which has seen a lot of development in recent years, including multiple apartment buildings, restaurants and other attractions.

The 14-story hotel will feature 262 rooms (dubbed “chambers”); multiple food and beverage options, such as the brand’s signature Commons Club; and a rooftop lounge with a pool.

Commons Club is off the main entrance of the hotel and is described as a “members-only experience that’s open to all,” according to a news release.

The Pool Club Rooftop & Bar will serve “light bites” and cocktails. Virgin Hotels Nashville will also include Funny Library Coffee Shop, which will be on the first floor of the space. The coffee shop is described as a communal workspace that will have an “assortment of whimsical and funny books and games.”

Funny Library Coffee Shop will serve coffee from Laughing Man, the brand co-founded by actor Hugh Jackman.

The property will employ Virgin's "No Nickel and Diming Policy," which means guest will enjoy "street-priced mini bars, free WiFi and no resort/urban or amenity fees.

Virgin Hotels Nashville is being developed by The Buccini/Pollin Group, and operated by Virgin Hotels.
