Hidden Grooves is delighted to welcome world renowned Curators Tony and Mike as they host an exclusive playback of J Jazz Volume 5, walking us through the tracks and how they approached putting the compilation ( and the critically acclaimed J Jazz series and reissues) together. They'll also spin personal favourites from across the J Jazz reissue series, plus super rare tracks from their own collections, covering spiritual jazz, fusion, modal, jazz funk and free jazz.

This is a rare chance to hear some of the best and rarest jazz ever pressed in Japan, played on a genuinely high end audio system, with two of the world's leading experts in the genre on hand to tell the stories behind the records.

There's also a free raffle to win a copy of Tony and Mike's mammoth 400 page J Jazz book (worth £100), packed with 500 album sleeves and the ultimate guide to Japan's jazz culture.
