What is included in the hotel amenity fee?
Our amenity fee is $25++ per night. You’re in luck! This fee includes High-Speed WiFi throughout the hotel, 24/7 access to health club, complimentary in-room bottled water per day, access to weekly curated local experiences across property (note: 3rd party ticketed events do not apply), access to the pool/sun deck during hours of operation, complimentary use of the house car within a 3-mile radius based on availability + a (1) time $25 off voucher per room towards dinner in Commons Club (food items only).
Do you have a house car available?
Why yes, we do! Our courtesy house car is available on a first come, first served basis to hotel guests to drive you around Dallas in style. We can drive within a 3-mile radius of the hotel.
The house car operates:
Monday to Thursday: 8am to 10pm
Friday to Saturday: 8am to 11pm
Sundays 8am to 8pm

Please note the car can’t be reserved in advance.
Who can check in for my reservation?
Only guests whose name is listed on your reservation will be allowed to check in – but that’s easily fixed. If you want to add any travel companions to your reservation, give us a call on 469.359.7700. We’ll need a credit card to authorize room, tax and incidentals at check-in.
Do you have a gym?
Yes! Our expansive gym and fitness center on the fifth floor features internet-equipped Technogym® cardio machines that allow you work out... while you’re working out what to do with the day ahead.
Do you have valet parking? Where can I park, and how much does it cost?
We do have valet parking. It’s available 24/7 from our front driveway. Overnight parking is $55/night plus tax. Day parking is $20/day plus tax on Friday to Sunday, and $10/day Monday to Thursday. Please note there are no self-parking options available through the hotel. Event parking rates may vary.
Do you have a coffee shop?
We do! You can get your caffeine fix at our Funny Library Coffee Shop, conveniently located right off the lobby on our ground floor. It’s open daily from 7am to 5pm.
What's the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?
There are two airports here in Dallas. Love Field is 4.1 miles, or about a 15-minute drive from us, while Dallas Fort-Worth International (DFW) is 17.4 miles away and can take up to 45 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
To get here from Love Field:
Take Herb Kelleher Way to Mockingbird Lane and turn right onto Mockingbird for .2 miles.
Make your first left onto Denton Dr. and continue for .7 miles.
Turn right onto Inwood Rd and continue for 1.3 miles to merge onto I-35E S.
Take exit 430A for Oak Lawn Ave/Hi Line Dr.
Turn right onto Oak Lawn Ave and continue for .1 miles.
Turn right onto Hi Line Dr and Virgin Hotels Dallas will be down the street on your left-hand side.
To get here from DFW:
Take TX-114 E toward Irving/Downtown Dallas. Continue on TX-114 for 10.5 miles.
TX-114 E turns slightly right and becomes TX-183 E. Continue on TX-183 E for 2.1 miles.
Merge onto I-35E S and continue for 2.6 miles.
Take exit 430A for Oak Lawn Ave/Hi Line Dr.
Turn right onto Oak Lawn Ave and continue for .1 miles.
Turn right onto Hi Line Dr and Virgin Hotels Dallas will be down the street on your left-hand side.
What are the Pool Club's opening hours?
Our Pool Club opens for the 2024 summer season.
Summer Hours:
- Sunday - Thursday: 10AM-11PM
- Friday & Saturday: 10AM-12AM
- Kitchen hours: 11AM-9PM daily
- Swim Hours*: 10AM-8PM daily

Where can I eat dinner?
Commons Club, our signature restaurant located on the ground floor, offers a range of intimate experiences and live entertainment.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, you can access it by visiting ileftmystuff.com and clicking on ‘Get Your Lost Item Back’. Enter Client Identification Number 39336, and you’ll be taken to a form where you can fill in details of your missing item. From there, you can arrange and pay for a shipping label to get it back to you – or you can swing by the hotel and pick it up! If you don’t see your item, enter it in and if we find something that matches it, we’ll get in contact with you! Please note that we hold items up to 90 days after finding them.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by the type of rate/reservation that you book with us. However, all reservations must be cancelled by 3PM at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Please refer to your individual confirmation to reference your cancellation policy – it will always be listed there.
Is the hotel ADA accessible?
Yes, we’re ADA accessible and proud! We have rooms with roll-in accessible showers, tubs with grab bars, wider entrances for the rooms, as well as lowered countertops and amenities.
Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel?
We can receive your mail at the hotel, as long as the package is marked for the attention of the name listed on the reservation.
Do you offer room service?
Absolutely! In-Room Dining is available all day from 7am-10pm, with an assortment of dishes for each mealtime. You can place your In Room Dining order with our YES! Team, on the Virgin Hotels App, or even on your TV! We offer contactless delivery and your order can be delivered to your door or to the sliding privacy door in your chamber.
Are there any exciting goings-on or events happening during my stay?

Can I hook up my gaming console to the TV?
Unfortunately not. You can, however, stream your heart out and mirror your smart device screen, but we can’t connect to external gaming systems.
What's your minimum check-in age?
We know age is just a number, but you do need to be over 21 to make a reservation and check in at Virgin Hotels Dallas.
What time is check-out? Do you offer late check-out?
We offer flexible check-in and check-out times. Just call our Junction team and we can help cater to your trip. Or, when you arrive, opt in to a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out for a fee.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Included in our amenity fee, wifi is available for all!
Are you a pet-friendly hotel?
Your furry friend is always welcome to a tail-wagging stay at our hotel! Expect pet friendly chambers and comfy pet-menities as cozy as your own. Yep, we’re big floofer fans and think traveling with pets should be just as fun for them as it is for you. No breed or size restrictions. No fees.
Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for any damage your pet causes to hotel property and our team will be unable to refresh your chamber if your unattended pet is present.
Can I have an event at the hotel?

Do you have a pool?
Yes! Join us at The Pool Club on the fourth floor to discover our gorgeous rooftop oasis. Take a dip in our dazzling pool or just soak up the views of the Dallas skyline. Cool off with a frosty cocktail and slather on the sunscreen by day, then adjust your tempo with the chilled beats at night. Please be advised, pool deck access is reserved for hotel guests and reservations only.
Where can I eat breakfast?
Cozy up in Funny Library coffee shop to browse our variety of light breakfast options and caffeinated brews or pull up a seat at Commons Club for the full dine-in experience. Or, if you prefer breakfast in bed, order directly to your room with in-room dining.
Where can I eat lunch?
Join us in the Commons Club for a delightful seasonal menu, served inside or underneath the Texas sun on the spacious patio.
Do you allow smoking?
We’re a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking areas are available across from the entrance of the hotel on Hi-Line Drive. If you smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking in any of our chambers, you will be subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $250.
What's the hotel's photography and film policy?
We know we look good, and you do too! However, professional flash photography and filming is prohibited in our hotel. Special requests for commercial photoshoots are considered on a case-by-case basis by our marketing department and require a minimum of a two-week lead time, a signed location agreement and location fee.
Any engagement or wedding-related photography is an exclusive perk for Virgin Hotels Dallas brides and grooms. Contact our weddings team here to inquire.
Any unauthorized use of images of Virgin Hotels Dallas or its contents is strictly prohibited. If you are found taking photos or filming while on the property without permission, you will be subject to a location fee and may be asked to leave. Please submit any film and photography enquiries here.
Are children welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available?
Families are always very welcome - feel free to bring the whole posse! If you’re bringing the kids, please note that we often hold adult-only events at the property, so we’d encourage you to give us a call before you arrive to confirm exactly what amenities will be available during your stay.
Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to access The Pool Club and the Pool Deck.
What amenities do you offer in your chambers and suites?
Ranging from 323 to 1,395 square feet, our chambers are bright and airy, with warm textiles and Design District-sourced accessories and lighting for plenty of individual charm.
The Dressing Room includes a full vanity tucked between two white oak closet systems, sit-down makeup desk with mounted illuminated mirror, and an extra-large shower with a bench.
A sliding privacy door (complete with peephole) separates it from The Lounge, which features Virgin’s patented, ergonomically designed bed with a channel-tufted headboard, a red SMEG® mini-fridge stocked with street-priced snacks, High-Definition TV and a yoga mat. All our chambers feature custom lighting on sensors that automatically illuminate when you move through the space, and ample outlets for smartphones and other electronic devices. Just close the curtains in the closet to switch off your motion-sensor lights.

Is your pool open to the public?
While we love Dallas, we love our guests even more. Access to the pool is available exclusively for hotel guests and reservations. VIP poolside reservations & day passes are available to the public up to 30 days prior to reservation date. Visit The Pool Club website to learn more.
How much do you hold for incidentals?
We authorize $100/night for our standard room, and $250/night for our suite, with a maximum of $500 total during your stay. Any authorizations exceeding your total will be released on check-out. Please note, it can take up to ten business days for your bank to refund the money to your card.
