July through to August, Chef de Cuisine Emma Hanley partners with Chef Patron Dan Ashmore of one of Scotland’s most renowned restaurants, ASKR, showcasing the best of local produce through, celebrating the flavours of Scotland in this bespoke menu.
“This is a menu inspired by the best summer produce we have in Scotland, amazing hogget, beautiful shellfish and turbot in its prime. Courgette flowers are at their most flavoursome in the summer and Scottish strawberries are hands down the best in the world”.
