Under Chef Giulio’s expert guidance, you’ll learn how to cook some of Italy’s most loved dishes. From making your own fresh pasta to creating an Italian feast of pizza and tiramisu, expect fun and immersive sessions filled with insider tips, fresh ingredients, and a generous serving of Italian hospitality.  

Once you've mastered your creations, sit back and enjoy your freshly made dish, paired with a perfectly selected Italian wine from Eve's curated list or a delicious alcohol-free cocktail.

If you're more of a connoisseur than a chef, you can also refine your palate with our Cheese and Wine Masterclass. Chef Giulio will be your guide through a curated selection of artisanal cheeses, paired with handpicked Italian wines. As you sample, you'll discover the secret to matching cheese and wine. 

Pasta Masterclasses run on select Tuesday & Wednesday evenings, and Pizza & Tiramisu Masterclasses and Cheese & Wine Masterclasses on select Wednesday evenings, all held in Eve.
