What is the venue capacity?

Virgin Hotels New Orleans offers creative spaces, engaging environments, and inspirational teams that support and bring your visions to life without a hitch. We have venues that can accommodate events as small as 15 through as large as 150 guests.

How much does it cost to rent the venue?

Cost is dependent upon which space in the hotel is of interest, how many guests you are expecting, and food and beverage. There are plenty of spaces in our hotel to fit your event needs both small and large!

Where is Virgin Hotels New Orleans located?

Virgin Hotels New Orleans is located in the heart of Downtown New Orleans, conveniently located within walking distance to all major NOLA venues and attractions including the French Quarter, WW2 Museum, Smoothie King Center & more.

Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?

Valet parking is available at cost, as well as street & lot parking in the downtown New Orleans area. The hotel's valet parking is in a secure garage with 24/7 security.

How can I request a customized proposal?

Our Director of Catering would be happy to put together a detailed proposal for your review. This proposal will outline your estimated event pricing. Please email sales.neworleans@virginhotels.com to begin the process.

Can I schedule a tour of the venue?

If you want to see the space prior to sending the information needed for a proposal, our Director of Catering can set up a time to meet you. We also have virtual tour options for some of our event spaces, so please request that option if it makes you more comfortable.
