Champagne Pommery Wine Dinner

Champagne Pommery is a historic Champagne house based in Reims, France. On Thursday, Dec 10, from 7 to 9pm, Commons Club hosts a six-course dinner where each dish is paired with a Pommery pour, from a crisp blanc de blancs with Murder Point oysters and Osetra caviar to a Rozès Tawny with dark chocolate crémeux. 

A Pommery representative and Chef Marie Douroux will guide you through the evening course by course, with tasting notes on the aromas, texture, and finish of each wine, so you can taste how the wine and the dish change one another.
