Start out in Commons Club Restaurant, where you can count down to midnight with a champagne arrival followed by a six-course dinner, made up dishes packed full of our usual Scottish flair.

Priced at £265 per person, you can toast the evening away with our wine pairing for £315 per person.

After dinner, retire to the roof terrace with another glass of bubbles to take in the view from the centre of Edinburgh's Old Town. Stand just a few streets away the castle itself and enjoy the breathtaking fireworks display as 2026 comes to an end.
