Virgin Hotels Nashville is proudly ADA accessible.
That means our rooms have been designed in line with the ADA Standards for Accessible Design to be physically accessible to people with disabilities.
We offer rooms that feature roll-in accessible showers, tubs with grab bars, wider entrances as well as lowered countertops and amenities. Our property also has elevators, a self operating lift for our pool, and hearing accessible rooms.
Service animals are of course always welcome and can stay free of charge.
Our teammates have also been certified and trained through Autism Double Checked. Families traveling with neurodiverse guests can request a visitors guide ahead of their stay that will highlight any potential sensory issue such as crowds, time or duration, temperature, noise, body awareness and more.
