Virgin Hotels, LLC has secured patents for many of our innovations. These patents protect Virgin Hotels’ products, and the significant resources Virgin Hotels invests in research, development, and design of new products. In accordance with 35 USC287(a), Virgin Hotels provides notice that the products listed below are protected by the associated patents in the United States and other referenced nations. In addition, Virgin Hotels owns trademarks, copyrights and intellectual property rights for Virgin Hotels' designs, brands, and proprietary information. 

The following constitutes notice under 15 U.S.C. §1111.

The following list is not all-inclusive. The products listed below and other Virgin Hotels products may be protected by one or more additional patents, pending patents, or any other intellectual property laws in the US and elsewhere.
